As one of the original founders and partners at Bull Street Mergers, Mills plays a central role in guiding the firm’s strategy, operations, and growth. He oversees the day-to-day management of the firm and works closely with Bull Street’s team of M&A Advisors to ensure that every client engagement is handled with precision and professionalism.
Mills places a strong emphasis on building meaningful relationships with business owners, understanding that trust is the foundation of every successful transaction. He works closely with clients to ensure their goals remain at the forefront, tailoring each engagement to reflect their unique vision for the future. His ability to connect with both clients and industry partners has strengthened Bull Street’s reputation as a firm grounded in integrity, discipline, and results.
Mills was born and raised in Greenville, SC and is a graduate of Clemson University and the Harvard Law School Mergers and Acquisitions Executive Leadership program. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the water as an avid fisherman and follows Clemson football closely, rarely missing an opportunity to attend games with family and friends.
