Jeff is a seasoned Senior M&A Advisor at Bull Street, where he leverages his extensive expertise in valuation and transaction management to lead our sales processes.
With a career spanning over two decades, Jeff has built a distinguished background in both operations and finance. As a former Investment Banking Director at TD Securities, he orchestrated valuations critical to TD’s lending initiatives and managed complex buy-side and sell-side transactions for companies valued up to $2 billion. Prior to his tenure at TD, Jeff was Vice President of Corporate Development at NewVista Energy Partners, where he oversaw the acquisition pipeline. He further refined his skills in asset valuation and strategic growth planning during his time at Hilcorp. While serving in numerous engineering roles at Occidental Petroleum, Jeff was known for setting drilling records, improving efficiency, and building an organization to improve Oxy’s community impact.
A native Texan, Jeff’s journey began at the United States Air Force Academy, where he developed leadership skills that he applied as a pilot leading missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. He solidified his engineering foundation with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and enhanced his business acumen with an MBA from the University of Texas. Additionally, Jeff deepened his financial expertise as a graduate of Wharton’s Advanced Finance Program.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family in San Antonio. He is a dedicated soccer coach and loves family ski trips and adventures to exotic destinations.
