As Partner at Bull Street Mergers, Jeff leverages more than two decades of experience in investment banking, corporate development, and operations to lead the firm’s deal execution and client strategy. He specializes in valuation and transaction management, guiding business owners through complex sales processes with a focus on maximizing outcomes.
Before joining Bull Street, Jeff held senior roles across finance and operations. As Investment Banking Director at TD Securities, he managed valuations critical to TD’s lending strategies and executed buy-side and sell-side transactions for companies valued up to $2 billion. He later served as Vice President of Corporate Development at NewVista Energy Partners, overseeing acquisition pipelines and growth initiatives. Earlier in his career at Hilcorp and Occidental Petroleum, Jeff built a reputation for setting drilling records, improving efficiency, and spearheading community impact programs.
A native Texan and graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Jeff began his professional journey as a pilot, flying missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. He went on to earn a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech, an MBA from the University of Texas, and completed Wharton’s Advanced Finance Program to deepen his financial expertise.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys family life in San Antonio, where he coaches youth soccer, takes ski trips with his kids, and seeks out new travel adventures.
