Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Austin attended the University of Mississippi where he studied Managerial Finance and Banking. Upon graduation, he began his professional career in M&A advisory in his hometown before leaving to attend the MBA program at the College of Charleston. Austin has experience in several branches of finance, including private equity and corporate development. He has had exposure to both the buy and sell sides of the M&A process not only throughout the United States, but internationally as well.
Austin currently lives in Charleston, SC. In his free time Austin enjoys going to concerts, attending Ole Miss football games in the fall, and spending quality time with his triplet nephews!
